Asked for Vicky to contact us to do an EPC assessment for our house, as we thought ours was lost/expired. When Vicky called she explained that she'd checked the records and that we had a valid EPC so unless anything has radically changed with the property there's no need to have a new one done. She even provided me a link to get the EPC online. It's just marvelous to encounter someone with this level of professionalism and integrity.

Vicky provides an excellent service - communications great - I am a professional landlord and Vicky contacts my tenants arranges a convenient time to inspect the property and issues EPC promptly.

She was helpful and friendly explaining everything very clearly and made the whole process painless and inexpensive. My EPC was emailed to me the same day the assessment was carried out along with a link to download it from the EPC register.
